This machine uses combined structure; the main head can rotate 180 degree and be electrically moving up and down. The whole machine has compact structure, fine appearance, stable functions and high processing precision, which suits for edge cutting and milling of small slates, lath and thick tiles.

The V-Groove edge polishing machine makes double miter-cuts (45°) in a single pass, this way the two parts perfectly glued together in 90°. The miter-cutting is performed with the polishing side of the working piece on the conveyor belt.

Genius RS-A is the entry-level cutting table for sintered materials that enables linear and shaped ceramic sheets to be dry-cut in a simple, intuitive manner. Intermac expands its cutting horizons to low-thickness ceramic materials, with a new technology that enables pieces of up to 12 mm thick (for linear cuts) and 5 mm thick (for shaped cuts) to be cut with ease

The operator interface is simple and intuitive, and enables cutting programmes generated by a range of the optimisers present on the market to be imported, courtesy of the integrated OTD (Optimiser Transferring Data) universal interface that automatically defines cutting parameters and generates the programme for the cutting table.

CONSTRUCTION OF  VAULTS, ARCHWAY AND CORNICES MACHINES
The machine has 3 settings, detailed as follows:
1) the first setting is provided with milling helical cutter with a diameter up to 5-6 mm, tilt in degrees, for the realization of the ribs of ashlars and, providing proper knives, for the realization of the frames;
2) the second setting is provided with diamond blade tiltable with 800 mm diameter for the cutting of the blocks in degrees;
3) the third setting is provided with helical cutter of 800 mm tiltable for the camber of ashlars use closing time.

Universal arm milling machine – sawing machine Mod. CF 250B: machine suitable for making lengthways cuts on marble and granite. The heavy structure consists of: galvanized base with runners for sliding bench for length of 5200 mm in oil bath and covered by painted sheet metal casing; cast iron bench (length 250 mm, width 750 mm, with shelves 1550 mm); manual bench sliding back-forth by way of rack and pinion coupling operated by handwheel; large cast iron disc holder spindle; up-down movement of motorized disc by way of reducer-electric motor coupling and worm screw; disc holder spindle manually tiltable from 0° to 60° to make angled cuts; reading of rotation angle on measure; manual lubrication, through oiling points, on screws, scrolls and sliding guides; machine complete with electrical system with suspended keyboard.
